Our Recruitment Process
We have a very thorough recruitment process, only applicants that are the perfect fit for Rockabye are successful.
All successful applicants must have:
Minimum of two years hands on experience in working with children.
Face to face interview with Rockabye manager. {Gail}
At least two written references from previous employers
A clear Enhanced DBS check { an official check carried out by the disclosure and barring service. This is essential to ensure the applicant is suitable to work with children
